Miss Williams - Deputy Head Teacher
I was appointed Deputy in September 2008 and I am a year 6 teacher. I love teaching and feel privileged to teach at such an outstanding school. I co-ordinate science, music and assessment. I love music and play the flute in a band. I enjoy swimming and aerobics. My favourite food is chocolate.
Mrs Norman says about Miss Williams - Louise is a kind and supportive Deputy Head Teacher and friend to everyone. She has a quiet presence around the place and leads assessment very effectively.
Miss Sharman - Senco
I am a year 6 teacher in the call of Swallows! I am also the Special Needs and Geography co-ordinator for the school. I am known as Forest Gump because you may catch me running on The Ridgeway. I survived my first London marathon this year and I am looking forward to encouraging a few more of my colleagues to join me in 2009!!!
Mrs Briggs says about Miss Sharman - Rhiannon is the most energetic person I know! She is great fun to work with and an inspirational teacher.
Mrs Evans - Foundation Stage coordinator
I am the Foundation Stage co-ordinator and RE co-ordinator. The youngest two of my six children still live at home, with 2 guinea pigs, 2 rabbits and 2 fish. We live locally. I love spending time with my family and I love to cook.
Mrs Wilkinson says about Mrs Evans - Jane is smiley and has fantastic ideas. She is a pleasure to work with.
Jean Norman - Year 1 teacher
I teach in the year 1 class three days a week. I have three grown up children. I really love animals and keep chickens, horses, dogs and sheep at home. I co-ordinate Art and DT and am involved in an exciting story telling project.
Mrs Wiltshire says about Mrs Norman - Jean is great fun to teach with and fantastic with the children. She makes every day fun for the class and I love sharing the class with her.
Louise Wiltshire - Year 1 teacher
I share a class with Jean and work on a Thursday and Friday. I have two teenage children. I love socialising, drinking coffee and skiing. I really enjoy working with a team of people that make teaching fun and have a sense of humour. I am the PSHCE co-ordinator.
Miss Williams says about Mrs Wiltshire - Louise is a fantastic friend and colleague. She is a real team player and will joins in everything.
Laura Ray - Year 2 teacher
I am the year 2 teacher and have recently taken on the role of Literacy co-ordinator. I am involved in a really exciting story telling project with Mrs Norman. I married my husband, Nathan, in August 2008 and we are the proud parents of a cat called, "Wicket." I enjoy exercise classes, reading, shopping and eating chocolate.
Mrs Evans says about Mrs Ray - Laura always has a smile to brighten up your day and will always stop to help you however busy she is!
Sue Green - Year 3 teacher
I am the year 3 teacher. I qualified this year after many years of studying. I am married to Bob and have three grown up daughters. One of my passions is football and I am proud to say that I am a Wycombe Wanderers supporter.
Mrs Ray says about Mrs Green - Sue is a fantastic person to work with because she is so creative - a treasured jewel and asset to the teaching profession.
Lee Goodenough - Year 6 teacher
I was a student at Watlington Primary School and was delighted to be appointed in September 2008. I will be assisting Mr Gomersall with some of the PE curriculum. My favourite sport is football and I support Aston Villa FC (the pride of the midlands!). I will look out for the David Beckham of Watlington Primary School and look forward to running the football team. My favourite sweets are Wine Gums.
Miss Sharman says about Mr Goodenough - Mr Goodenough really is good enough...I know this because he completed his PGCE training at Watlington Primary School. We were particularly impressed by his DT skills but that is another story.
Jonathan Gale - Year 3/4 teacher
I joined Watlington Primary School as an NQT in September 2007. I teach year 5 and I am the ICT coordinator. The highlight of last year was being part of a team that ran the residential visit I enjoy teaching ICT and using the super laptops we have in school.
Miss Sharman says about Mr Gale - When you are feeling a little low Jonathan is always able to put a smile on your face; usually by providing a nice cup of tea and some "high tech" ICT help... which is invaluable.

Mrs Rooks
Mrs Rooks has a background in early years education. She joined our team in September 2008 and is working in the year 1 class. She is married and has two daughters. Her mother was a teacher at Watlington Primary School so she knows our school well and we are delighted that the family is still represented!
Mrs Read
Mrs Read is a super teaching assistant in Foundation Stage. She has two daughters one of whom attends Watlington Primary School. She is a lively, smiley character and very well respected.
Mrs Floodgate
Mrs Floodgate works alongside Mr Doman in year 4. She is a very experienced TA and successfully completed her NVQ level 3 in July 2008. She is an assistant to the Senco. She is very lively and great fun to work with. Louise is a trend setter in the fashion stakes!
